 The type of student I look for is one that wants change. It does not matter if you are a beginner or an advanced student. Change could mean a lot of different things. Maybe you are looking for the meaning of life or change in attitude. Sometimes people don't know where to start they just want to get into the practice again. Practice could be physical or meditation. You will find with any practice it leads into a deeper practice with deeper knowing. 

 

We all have things that make us different.

I am a natural catalyst that when I work with people it starts the motion of change. Change can be difficult when you don't have support, or you don't understand what is happening. 

For example, many times people start the road of meditation and don't realize that the practice itself creates change and without knowledge of how to handle it people stop the process and stay stagnate.

Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation I use with my clients. Its a guided meditation that allows the client to go deeper into their subconscious. Every session is tailored to that client.

 

Yoga Nidra allows for change in the gentlest way, and you will always feel refreshed after a session. Many clients I work with have PTSD or anxiety. This is a great tool to help manage episodes and to clear those blocks we put on ourselves.
